The Principle of Baptism in the Presbyterian Church America's Book of Church Order

Ron Jocomo: Does the Presbyterian Church America's book of church order clearly make that distinction so that these children who are by virtue of their birth to Christian parents who are members of visible church, and they become non-commuting members. Since they have not professed Christ they're not yet taking communion because they have not come to that place of understanding. And so the question is non-comm commuting members then ought to receive the sign of the covenant which is baptism.
