How to Structure a Non-Binding Proposal
For a letter of intent, it's probably anywhere from five to eight pages for big transactions. It's written down as all text then, basically. You're going through the different pieces. Then in the end, you get into a non-binding nature, the confidentiality paragraph and then finally, an exclusivity paragraph.
