Learning How to Read Chinese

Being able to go to a restaurant and, even if your chinese isn't very goodo, being able to point at something and say, i want this? It's a powerful feeling. Right right now, where i work, i don't use my chinese language as much. But the idea is that some day, if i get to change jobs, i would want to do something that would utilize my chinese. And it's also kind of nice that when i go visit my parents and his grandparents, that we can have conversation, and people, for the most part, don't think that i'm out of place.
