I'm all about simplicity. Any time i get a new piece of information, or am presented with anything that doesn't make sense, my first iclination is to break it down and to put it into the simplest terms possible. That's such a good a technique for people who have anxiety. I think i'm someone who gets very easily overwhelmed with a lot of information. Like if someone gives me too much information, then my that's when my squiggle kicks in,. And i am like, ok, what do i need to know in this moment? Everything else does not exist.
