How to Visualize and Define Your Vision

The first thing for organizations and companies to do is to allow a space for that to happen. Companies like Tesla and SpaceX under the leadership of somebody like Elon Musk obviously are doing a good job at this. They've got to use, I would say common language, but it's also a common way of describing that to each other. It really depends on the size of the organization and the age of the organization.
