The New Conception of Socrates
Socrates says we can figure out what justice is. But then that has to be made vivid and attractive enough so he's willing to switch his identity say from I am the person who knows justice to I am a person inquiring into justice. If you tell me I will never know what justice is now, it's more problematic. It's a new pretty different identity.
