How Do You Structure Compensation for Your First Few Coaches?

For 90 days, basically the biggest cost of goods sold is recruiting a coach that's willing to be on these calls. It's basicaly eight calls and 24 seven access to their phone. We can get pretty annoying with it if people ase you're spending a lot of money. But we take it very seriously. And we have 15 full ten employees on the back end of om service academy. Half of em are there just to make sure the students are dowat thing to do. More than half of our employes and observas academy have ther any businesses.
