Is This Really About Slowing Down China?

Is this really about slowing down China? Or have we got here a change in US capitalism from the free trade kind of capitalism to the controlled trade type of capitalism? We won't know, but here's something I would urge all of you to think long and hard about. Big price is going to be paid for this change of policy. Too bad it isn't being put on the table honestly and openly so we can all see it, understand it, debate it and begin to make a democratic decision.
