Judge Chuckin's Decision on the January 2nd Trial Date
The judge hasn't weighed in on the trial date proposal from the just department yet. We don't expect her to tomorrow because the Trump team still has some time before they can respond and make their asks for a trial date. They have to have some sort of order governing the evidence in this case before the justice department can give it to Trump's team so everybody can get moving towards a trial. And that hearing is not a standalone hearing about evidence handling a protective order. It's a hearing that sort of works back in time from the trial date.
