Money stress is one of the greatest sources of stress. Studies have shown its worst than relationship stress or work stre and it can lead to more serious health consequences like high blood pressure and heart disease. It's something that people don't talk about enough, but from what i've seen, a lot of people distresses that they don't what they don't know. One of the strategies i try to encourage parents to do is to be good roll models, good financial roll models, for their kids. And that means getting your own financial habbits in order first.
