Is Inflation a Problem?
Inflation is not necessarily a bad thing. A little inflation helps to create a strong and healthy economy. But high levels of inflation can be harmful to an economy. We don't know how much to spend, invest or save right now. If there is a possibility that basic goods like food will be 10% higher next year, then maybe I will think twice about how I spend my money in the future.
