Youth v Guve - Is the Government Really Contributing to Climate Change?

Youth v guve is about a youth climate case that's been going on for eight years. Over 20 young people are plaintiffs in the case, and they're suing the government not just for not acting on climate, but actually for aggressively contributing to climate change. It looked like it was dead in the water a year ago,  the ali court in california, yes, i'd like, no, they don't have standing. The these arguments are too broad, buba blas. But it is back. Now they've filed an amended complaint in oregon,. They're waiting to hear from the judge there about whether it will be allowed to go forward.
