How Did You Decide to Invest in Your Own Business?

In 19 90, we built a flagship store in chicago, which really helped launch our expansion. Every landlord every shopping mall wanted a crate and barrel building. We were a big attraction, cause we drew in a lot of customers. And i also realized that at that time, the company was relatively, very strong at retail, but relatively weak in direct marketing. I had thought by the time i was 65, i was then about sixtyi'd probably want to retire. But some intelligent guy had said, you know, f you're going to sell your business to it five years before you retire, so you can help the the transition and whatever. So  we finally found otto
