I remember with Texas at that time we consider, you know, what would it take to get a hill or how are we looking at our conditioning program so other organizations started looking at what you were doing from there. And I was not involved with the NSCA probably around oh wait, right and then, well when you want to meet people too. So, no just kind of stepped out of my comfort zone, started to help and then, which in turn, you know I met a lot more vendors I wound up. You got to be evaluated by your peers I don't like people who just try to crush you but if they can do it in a constructive way I don't mind
