There is sort of a patchwork of how abortion policy works at the state level in america. The states have been fighting about this um for decades, literally, since row m so there's pre row bands, some states have had on the books since before row that were never repealed. Then there is a trigger band, which is a law that saysa that's passed really as a political win until now to say if row is overturned in whole or in part, then abortion is illegal.
