Christian: We are all human in a safe to fail environment it's okay to do those but one thing that was really important was to meet a whole cultural aspect and also realizing that you can have the best plan on earth written down with a time frame as long as you don't have to buy in from the people it won't work. He says we just need to have a look at the age of manifesto right individuals and interactions over processes and tools this explains it already. "I think far too often we look or we read about certain processes that someone implemented or about certain structures" he adds.
