Swift Six - Should We Implement These at the Language Level?

Trying to keep up with everything from swift is going to be impossible. Just because a language feature has been added, you don't have to use it. And i think also another good point is, just because it doesn't make sense on the kline side or in an ioa sap, doesn't mean that swift shouldn't add that feature. If we want swift to be a truly universal language, thet n be used for anything, for any kind of softer development. Then we need features that are not specific to apples platforms or u i based aps on those platforms.
