How Do I Get Things Done in the Morning?

So what does the day-to-day look like there's just calls meetings or you like well in barlets probably different I mean genuinely I try and do shit there needs to be done in the morning like deep work or whatever which is like a become a buzzword now but it is true like I don't eat breakfast. So yeah generally I'll do shit there need to be done in the morning trying folks on needle moving stuff becauseYeah it is true you need to work on the business not in the business it's such a stereotype it is it's true and you know what's actually moving the needle.
