How to Automate Provisioning in a Small Company?

For some of the smaller teams, potentially a lot of that is much manual as part of thet go to market motion. It's ok if it takes maybe five minutes to provision a new customer when you're a small company, but imagine you've have hundreds or thousands of new customers. That becomes not so scalable,. especially when you think about provisioning adons and so on so forth. For me, for example, like i started out in a services role, and because of the acquisition, i was able to transition to a number of different roles over time. And using that to help build the relationship and really think back sometimes, like why things are frustrated at times.
