The CIA and the Pandemic Simulations

The idea of mask lockdowns had been explored again and again and again. The CIA was involved in over 80 coup d'état's between 1947 and 1998. So, why is it drilling a pandemic? This very this use of a pandemic as a pre-dense for clamping down totalitarian control. It began doing these formal what they called table talks exercises or pandemic simulations in 19 or in 2000, 2001 before the anthrax tax.
