How to Map an Experience
An experience again is this big holistic concept and it includes, I typically root it in actions, thoughts and feelings. So we can talk about other dimensions of an experience like their pain points or their interaction in a specific context. There's lots of other facets that we can bring in to the map of the experience. We're really looking at, hey, what is their experience?
