Bitcoin - What's the Use Case for Bolt Fund?

There's going to be many different experiences touching all the stacks or all the layers of the stack in Bitcoin. People are using Bitcoin as a rail, but they do need that stability at the end of the day. One which I'm particularly excited about is the developing a game called Saving Satoshi. A couple projects that could show some distinctions between global adoption and like local projects would be gift cash.
