When he brought like pre self aware, I was always using it as a defense mechanism to like try and dress people down so that I felt safe in a control essentially. Now I use it for good as opposed to evil. And of course, all the stuff that comes along with that, you know, like the empathy and the gratitude and the deep understanding and just appreciation of everything that comes through that.
