The all GP receptionist needs to be trained in care navigation. The challenge is that we are not recognizing or maybe in denial of the challenges that we face and the resources we have. There's opportunity there for innovative work. We've seen it happen before. It happened during the coronavirus. You need to see this as a change. And basically, there are various models. You can use COTAs change model. There are various ways of how you introduce change.
