How Did You Get Help With Your Acne?

When I came on the podcast about eight months ago I was completely fine. And then I just went to a stage of one my acne got really bad. It led to me feeling really depressed and it was horrible for like four months. But yeah I decided to to not feel sorry for myself anymore. Got on some acne medication started taking the gym more seriously. Put on a good amount of muscle and my acne is improving a lot. So feeling a lot happier feeling a lot more confident in public a lot more. Yeah completely good mate really good.
