The Kingdom of Manipur

Manipur has been in existence for at least 2000 years, most likely to 3500 years. So you had a number of great kings. One king called Pamayba introduced Hinduism into Manipur. Three or four sons came to power briefly and they fought among each other. And then you had a guy called Marjid Singh, who was in power until I think the Burmese invasion of Manipur in 1819.
