i'd like to hear from some people, maybe connecting his thing about saying, like, you only get to care about so many things, or whatever the quote is, and connecting that to the idea of lack. i think nicholas ca robin is always such a destruptive force, because he is further on than these people in the city. He's had an insight, but is his art is the third step where he has to move beyond complete melancholy andnihilism to the point of being able to find meaning in the loss itself.
