Is There a Usefulness of the Charge of Selectivity?

Luke Kuchins: I think this charge of selectivity is often misplaced. He says powerful states tend to give priority to addressing atrocity threats in situations where they have the most at stake. And that's ethically problematic, and it undermines whatever international consensus there might be on human protection.
