How to Diagnose a Parenchyma Lung Injury

I think test has done a wonderful job of breaking this down, and it's really important to put these populations of patients into it. In our patients who have immune-mediated liver diseases, such as primary billery, colangitis, there's a certain percentage of those patients who can have an interstitial lung disease as well. That's just one other thing to think about in terms of parenchyma liver injury. I would definitely consider getting a high resolution CT as well as a TTE with a bubble study to evaluate for any shunt physiology.
