There are folks thit, are in the camp that we should be eating almost exclusively saturated fat. And then there are other folks, including people like berry sears and what not, that suggest that a high saturated fat intake is pro inflammatory. Some of the mechanism is that saturated fats have a tendency to pull into toxins from the gut into circulation. But it's just kind of interesting that, ill like, you you just have these people atpolar opposite extremes.
