If you have ten minutes to spend studying a given thing, you are way better off spacing those ten minutes out m over some period of time. Some people read the quanum book and they don't really engage with the questions because they're cind of just chucking it out. They've no desire to remember all that material forever. And certain types of understanding, maybe it don't require durable memory. In in fact, it's a little unsettling. But e i certainly believe it's possible that you could, for instance, spend a whole of time hanging out with a bunch of people who have certain predilections - and then leave those people behind.
