I think a lot of people in the entrepreneur space, though, as well, they think that they can figure it out. But that's very, very different in the multifamily syndication space. I underwrote over 600 deals within the first two years of my acquisition journey and hated every single one of them. You had to find those two really, really big silos of raising money and finding deals within this business. So, for me, what I do now is different than what I did when I started, which is good for me.
