The Imposter Syndrome

I've always felt I mean imposter syndrome is an interesting thing because I sort of come to thinking differently about it. a very close friend of mine incredibly talented person completely burned out and sort of left what they were doing um was in a pretty bad place. That precipitated me doing research and reflecting on myself. It's not like I'm comfortable every day but I think you know back to the routine or the comfort if I didn't feel like I didn't belong then I'd be bored. In a team you don't need to know everything yes it's actually a collective, he says.
