The Intangibles Are What Makes Your Job Easier
Track record first and foremost obviously an organization you got to have a team built out ideally that team has worked together before at least the bulk of the team has. The intangibles are what most investors are going to focus on in track record clearly or historical performance is the first thing any investors will look at. Also another tangible that's increasingly important is a deal pipeline right stuff that's actable investors are less willing to commit to a hundred percent blind pool today they at least want to know that when they close their money it's going to be invested pretty quickly.
