Are There Problematic Teachers?
Do you see this as a kind of a teacher and system problem or just a system problem? Or, yeah, how do you view that? Yeah. Are there problematic teachers? Sure. You know, in my experience, though, I think it's more rare than a lot of people think like you'll find maybe some veteran teachers who are real burned out who just don't care anymore. That can happen. But there are also plenty ofVeteran teachers who are still like putting in tons of hours to work in their butts off. It's the system because the teachers are a product of the system.
