How to Get Good Sleep in an Early Training Schedule

Athletes who have pets in the bedroom can disturb their sleep. Coaches should make training sessions after school, not first thing in the morning. Athletes with kids can be problems as body clock shifts during adolescent phase. Jet lag of course when we can travel again and just being in a foreign environment is another problem.
