How to Make Button Interfaces More Accessible

How do you handle that on mobile where there is no hover? We just use like a red text label, kind of like the delete action on an action sheet. Does it invert on tap or how does that work? Well, I guess we don't have that many danger buttons in the mobile interface today. It's mostly action sheets where we would just have the red label and then use the tap interaction as the same as anaction sheet. There's even more states, right?
