Maternity Leave and Fathers in a Nap
We're starting to see an increasing trend of not just maternity leave, but paternity leave as well and allowing dads to take time off for either the birth or adoption of our child. So I think that's pretty neat that we are also including fathers and benefits that are typically or has historically been offered to quote unquote mothers. Otherwise it could be perceived as discriminatory.
