Identifying Your Mental Obstacles

i was only sleeping two to four hours a night for like five months. I became delusional and sleep deprived, and then i was diagnosedwith post dramatic stress disorder. And all of it goes so against my identity, that is, jus, it just caused me of mental and emotional pain. Victimhood had become a mental obstacle that i had never faced before. It's actually because i'm weak in the ay that i don't like negative feelings. So the trick that i've been playing for the last 40 yer 30 years, whatever, is i just ignore the the things that cause me pain.
