The VINAC Packers Isn't an Insulin Pump
The VINAC packers isn't an insulin pump. There's no way to program basal rates, carbs and sore so it's hard to be able to keep it going. It will use the fingerstick Bg to determine the dose at the time,. if necessary and dose automatically at that time. So more fingersticks, you enter. When the Cgms offline the more glucose, better glucose control you can get because it has more opportunities to check in. Cause it figured out the basal rate.
