Listing is a good thing and visual cues are so important for kids with ADHD. There could be a wall of when they get it right. A lot of kids are angry at their parents or caring adults because they can't help the kids do the things that the kids can't do for themselves. So in the moment when they're dysregulated, I would say, look, we agreed when you get to this point, we're taking a time apart.
