The Effects of Y2K on the Future

Anonymous person said it was impossible to travel past the year 2564. They went on to warn of the effects of Y2K, including a couple things. People freezing to death. The government would institute martial law. A power facility in Denver would be destroyed by a mob. And finally, that a new government system would be born out of this unrest.
