How to Lead Volunteers Well in Youth Ministry

Youth ministry is going to be changing in the next five years and we don't know what that looks like, says Shawn Smith. He thinks leaders should re-think how they do things and go back to the basics of youth ministry. The group pagans challenge was a semester long competition between groups at each campus so you could do this at your own if you're just if you have a campus. It's an idea for young people to hang out with students outside of Wednesdays nights but it also challenges them to think of what they can celebrate throughout the week.
