What Isn't Curious?

A lot of times what we set ourselves up for is unnecessary resistance just because of the way that we approach the conversation. And so I think one of the best ways to understand what something is is by getting a better understanding of what it isn't. The curious question would be you and I come at immigration from very, very different viewpoints. A why question forces someone to get deeply philosophical that perhaps they've never explored before. In the case of difficult conversations, I don't agree with Start With Why. I think you should start with how questions more,. How did you come to believe this? Or even maybe a what question?
