"This is scientific racism. That's what it is," he says of the eugenics movement that sought to speed up evolution by sterilizing people who were reproducing too fast. "We don't have that much time. We need to take care of this problem now, so we're going to do the selecting ... and then we'll get biological improvements", Huxley said in a 1941 speech. He was pushing for the acceptance of the concept of natural selection as the primary agent of evolution.
