What's the Difference Between Gaia and Teri Mystica?

Teri Mystica and Gaia Project are two of the greatest board games in our hobby. They're both, you know, damn near masterpieces. For people like us who like these types of heavy Euro games, it rarely gets much better than this. It plays in about three to four hours, which is good for a game night. There's an endless number of map setups, which will keep it different every time. The factions are much more complicated. And I don't have to worry too much about the cult track or what would be the research track.
