Beyond Citizenship: A Multi-Dimensional Perspective
Dr. Lu: I'm working on a project that examines information exchange among family members, friends and state functionaries across political borders during second-cycle Japanese reward. Yeah, I would like to examine how commoners and Chinese government entities may think contact with individuals and institutions behind enemy lines. And so I feel that by answering those questions, I was able to highlight people's evolving sense of who they were in relation to family, local community members, state and nation. So a multi-dimensional perspective that I carry forward from my first book project. Okay, thank you so much, Dr. Lu for discussing your fascinating monograph.
