How Canadian Literature Forms Your Cultural Memory?
i came to canada when was 15, and i learned a lot about sort of the country through its literature. But now it's so amazing to have these authors like mona awad, and you realize, oh, my god, they have names like me,. They sound like me, and they have and it's also canadian. It's not that the books are introducing people that are just not as human and real and fantastic. It's just they're different. And so the cultural memory and the literary memory a country evolves and takes in these new voices because it's changing.
