After we got going, after there were some projects in the portfolio, it was a growing portfolio. I became really good at sales because now I know how to talk about your problems. And with that kind of knowledge and confidence, that kind of passion towards it, sales became very easy. With every person that doesn't work out, we learn something new. We learn something new about our culture. It helps us select better in the future. So we're getting better and better and better at it. But early on in Finsuite, I didn't really know what to look for. I was pulling designers out of dribble that had what I call fake portfolios"
