Needle Drop in Max for Live
The Needle Drop in Max for Live is an Ableton patch that can be used to access iTunes playlists. It works by dropping a needle on a record at a random position in the song. The way it works is it jumps around a playlist in iTunes with with shuffle mode. So if you have a MIDI controller locked into the Needle Drop patch, then you can jump in and play various playlists.
